Practices:
Mild:
Practice praying for someone you know, trust and care about who has a physical ailment. Preferably it's a problem that they can easily check for improvement. Try using the 5 Step Prayer Model.
Medium:
If you are in need of any kind of healing, risk asking someone in your group or a prayer team member if they would pray for healing with you. If nothing appears to happen, commit to continuing to ask, seek and knock, taking every opportunity to ask people to pray for your healing.
Hot:
Ask the Lord to give you opportunities this week to talk with people who aren't following Jesus who also are in need of healing. Risk asking them if you can pray for their healing right then and there wherever you happen to be.
